Hi, I’m Stephanie Howard, the owner of Detox by Stephanie. My journey into the world of lymphatic drainage began in 2020 while I was living in Florianópolis, Brazil. At that time, I was juggling life as a mother of two, with my youngest just a year and a half old. Despite my efforts to lead a healthy lifestyle—eating well and staying active—I struggled with lingering post-baby weight and persistent digestive issues.

This experience sparked a deep curiosity about lymphatic drainage, a treatment I discovered in Brazil. I was fascinated by how it could address both my weight concerns and digestive discomfort. After moving back to northern California, I found it surprisingly difficult to find practitioners who offered Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage. That’s when it clicked—I need to bring this amazing treatment to others like me, who are looking for a more natural, holistic way to feel better

I'm so excited to now offer lymphatic drainage therapy here in Sacramento/Yuba City area through Detox by Stephanie. This work has truly changed my own health and sparked a deep passion in me to help others feel their best too.
